  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card number on our servers

  • Provide and manage your pickup service
  • Process payments and send billing receipts
  • Send service-related communications (activation, reminders, pickup confirmations)
  • Assign you to the correct pickup route
  • Contact you about changes to your service

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Hostinger — website and database hosting

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your service and request deletion of your data, contact us and we will remove your personal information within 30 days.
